Persuading judges can be difficult.  Unlike writing emails, blog posts, or even long-hand letters, legal writing is highly technical, and emphasizes clarity, logic, and an appeal to consistency and authority.  But judges are human, too--and a good lawyer remembers to appeal to a judge's humanity.  Attention to these qualities, plus reasonable rates and prompt service to clients, is my goal.
